Such a beautiful suite and they took my 95 lb Golden Retriever! Beautiful, immaculate room and location is great! Everything is within walking distance. Tammy is a wonderful helper who makes you feel very much at home. The little salon downstairs named Bohemia is great also if you need your hair done or a relaxing massage. The owner Zuzana is just a fun person so it worth going for that reason alone! Oh...let's not forget that there is a gourmet dessert parlour downstairs also! Will absolutely return when I visit my son! Only downside is that I had to take my dog across the street as there is not really a proper place to take her potty.

Just back from a weeks vacation. Got to meet my 11 year old Granddaughter and her Grandparents from Argentina, for the first time. Great people had a wonderful time and now we have to learn Spanish (Argentina Spanish). My son got us reservations at the Pier View Suites on the top floor #330. The lay-out of the suite was perfect. Full kitchen w/dishwasher & bar and a good bottle of "Wine". Gets better with the view of the Cayucos Pier to Morro Rock. Wake up and watch the Surfers by the Pier, have a cup of coffee and smell the beach. When we needed anything or just wanted to talk, "Tammy" was our host. Thank you Tammy and we will see you again.

This is the first time I've actually noticed that I could write a review.  I would have written this a long time ago, had I seen it earlier.

We were lucky enough to stumble on this place a few years back before Connie started managing the place.  It was great then, but even better now.  My family tries to make it at least once a year.  Connie is like family to us.

Our daughter got married in Cambria and had her reception in Cayucos.  All of our family stayed in the Pier View Suites and we had the rehearsal dinner there.  It was perfect.  We have also had a family reunion and booked all the suites as well.  We couldn't ask for a better place and will only stay here.

We brag about this place all the time, but not real loud because we want to keep this place a secret!

We spent 4 days over Thanksgiving along with our kids & grandkids, 16 in all in 3 suites. What a great time we had. The weather cooperated and we were able to have our Thanksgiving dinner out on the deck. We all spent time at the beach, kids surfing and boogie boarding and just playing in the sand. We were 5 families. It worked really well having a bedroom and bath for each family so they had their own private space when needed.
The place was well set up for cooking, and serving a big group. Everything was very clean & well kept. Connie & staff were great. We'd love to spend every Thanksgiving there. Thanks again for the great time we had. We have wonderful pictures and fond memories. Beth

I was told about this place by a "Local". She told me it was the best. Well, she was right and then some! We had the most relaxing 3 days. My husband was up every morning @ 6:30AM to drink coffee & read out on the deck. I think he would have stayed there the whole time. The bed is wonderful.We slept like babies. We had the corner room on top #331. You could also hear the waves all night. They were not loud but soothing. The carpet was so soft on your feet. The kitchen is great and has everything you need. We will be back soon. Thank you for a wonderfull time & great hospitality. I will tell all of Fresno about your wonderful place. See you soon!

We stayed at Pier View in May '08 in the 2 bedroom 1 bath suite. It was terrific. The suite was immaculate and the beds were "out of this world" comfortable. We have already booked for the week after Labor Day and we can't wait to get there.

I stayed with my fiancee at Cayucos Pier View Suites for a weekend in March to relax and enjoy the great regional wine-tasting. Being from the central valley, this is an area we visit quite often, and have stayed at a number of local hotels -- this is the only place I'll stay from now on. It really didn't even seem like a hotel, it was like having my own brand new condo overlooking the ocean.

We had a studio suite, which came with a very comfortable queen sized bed, a big deck overlooking downtown Cayucos and across the street from the beach, a jacuzzi bathtub and an amazing kitchen. It had granite countertops, full size fridge and dishwasher, and a really nice gas stove. We invited friends over who stayed at the hotel across the street to make dinner and enjoy the sunset -- they were totally impressed.

The owner was kind enough to give me a tour of one of their 2 bed/2 bath units before I checked out -- those are really awesome. Two completely private bedrooms with king-sized beds, a spacious living room, and even bigger kitchen, two pull-out sofa beds, plus extra mattresses available would make those really perfect for two couples or a large family.

I didn't get photos, but check them out online to see what I mean. Fresh paint, new carpets, new everything -- this kind of new construction and top of the line amenities is really hard to find in this area. Most are run down with dated rooms and peeling paint. This is definitely my new home for visits to the coast and wine country!
